Hi Babooshka- Liberty isn't a pub, it's a department store on Great Marlborough Street near Oxford Circus! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_%28department_store%29
Now I am losing it. For some reason had this down as Kngston a different name, but frontage the same. There or Putney. It has been over 10 years. Gonna have to google the pubs now!Thanks anyway
